Tax Transparency Report

Last updated 1 July 2025

This policy is provided for review and must be confirmed by legal counsel before public launch.

This statement describes Airfree’s approach to tax. We are committed to complying with our tax obligations and to transparency in how we manage tax.

1. Our tax principles

Airfree is committed to paying the right amount of tax, in the right place, at the right time. We comply with the tax laws of Australia and the other jurisdictions in which we operate, and we do not use artificial or contrived structures whose sole purpose is to reduce tax.

2. Governance

Responsibility for tax strategy sits with senior management and the board. We manage tax risk conservatively and seek professional advice where matters are complex or uncertain.

3. Group structure

The Airfree group is structured with Airfree Holdings Pty Ltd as the parent holding company, Airfree Services Pty Ltd as the intellectual-property and infrastructure company, and Airfree Geospatial Pty Ltd and Airfree Mail Pty Ltd as the operating companies. Airfree Services licenses its IP and infrastructure to the operating companies under intercompany arrangements conducted on arm’s-length terms consistent with Australian transfer-pricing rules.

4. Relationship with tax authorities

We aim to maintain an open, cooperative, and professional relationship with the Australian Taxation Office and other relevant authorities, and to make full and accurate disclosures in our tax filings.
